VIP BED PACKAGE

Includes day bed+sofa or cabana, beach umbrella, beach towels, pool access, private lockers, outdoor/indoor showers, spacious changing rooms, music & entertainment, pool dining, VIP service, free Wi-Fi, security & parking. PRICES ARE FOOD & BEVERAGE MIN. PER BED / CABANA, Net. Bed Package is available FRIDAY to SUNDAY, 12PM-9PM. 

BED PACKAGE PARTY SIZE

The Bed Package you reserve is for a maximum amount of people. No extra guests will be allowed to join the reservation. If your group is larger, a purchase of an extra bed is required. Please contact reservations to ensure your group will be seated together.

GROUP BOOKINGS

VVIP POOL AREA: Alexa Gazebo & VIP Island Area. Pre-orders are essential: bottle service & drink packages available. Contents of beverage
packages are subject to change to equivalent items.

BOOKING TERMS

To secure your booking 50% non-refundable deposit of Bed Package minimum spend is required upon making a reservation. Balance to be paid upon arrival. Bed Package reservation requires an arrival time between 12PM-3PM unless the full amount pre-paid. Your reservation will be held 30 min after your confirmed arrival time and RELEASED AT 3PM IN CASE OF NO-SHOW with no refund.

SEATING ARRANGEMENT 

Alexa Beach Club reserves the right to assign the seating arrangements and change layout without prior notice (your bed will be assigned within the VIP Pool Area based on selected Bed Package). We cannot guarantee a specific bed unless it is pre-paid in advance based on the PRIME LOCATION regular rates and subject to availability. Any adjustments to existing setup or bed rearrangements are not accepted.

RESERVATION CHANGES

Changes to the reservation are accepted for the VIP POOL AREA only (INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS), not later than 72 hours before the event. VVIP POOL AREA reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

REFUND

Please note that our reservations are non-refundable including pre-payments.

PRICES

All prices are in Thai Baht Net, include 10% service charge & 7% government tax. Bed Package prices are not valid for Special Events. Alexa Beach Club reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice.

DRESS CODE

Resort wear, casual, beach attire, Boho chic, fashion activewear. A visit to Alexa Beach Club is an occasion, so please dress for it. Swimwear is not permitted at the main restaurant – please wear proper attire when at the dining areas. Proper swim attire to be worn in the pool at all times. Nudism will not be tolerated. For the ladies, bikini tops must always be worn. Anyone wearing items of clothing that might be considered as offensive to others will be denied access to the site.
